Giveaway at Aunt Ruthie's

So, while I was outside watching her play, I took a picture of this beautiful tree in our front yard. I'm not good on knowing tree names. It has little pink flowers and then when the flowers are gone it gets like cranberry looking things on it. If anyone knows, I would love to know what it's called. I guess it's bedtime. So, this was the last present she opened and she loves it! She's been having lots of fun on it with her friends.

Wonderful Weekend

This is the first really great weekend we have had and it's Brianna's birthday. She had a great time at YWMCA. She had about 9 friends there and 2 girls from the neighborhood. They got to swim and play and then eat cake. She received lots of presents. Then when she came home she had to open presents from mommy and daddy and from us. So, I made a cake for her, she wanted a confetti cake. So she started opening her presents. Her mommy buys her way too many presents. She's the only child, can you tell? :) She loves the littlest pet shop stuff and there little house thingys. She got movies and nintendo games and clothes but she had one more present to open!

Tomorrow is Brianna's birthday, she will be 7! I can't believe how time flies. It seems like just yesterday we were holding her little body in our arms. This is her today. Her mommy bought her flowers, orange is her favorite color. Have a great weekend! Hugs, Kathy
